History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student he started as a Server, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Grai grew up listening to her father's many stories. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants revenge against gnolls

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
