History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Paela speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Paela has worked very hard to control her curse. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
