History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Barakas was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her first spouse was a Healer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

His hair is long and golden with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
