Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Theren lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears pastel robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available she will default to her club. Her fur is cut close to her head. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she has a crush on the local sage

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
