Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sai.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's also a talented Mayor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
