Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her black hair is braided into rings. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'7". She dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. The war was a terrible time for her, and Joan does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Blacksmith for hire.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and money/treasure
