Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Elama lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Namfoodle speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ahvain's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.
