Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His black hair is cut short. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Richard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Richard was born the youngest of three triplets. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'0" when asserting himself. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants a kiss

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. His black hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
