History: She was born into a rich family. Mumpena was born on a far southern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Roofer. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Alex enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Blacksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Blacksmith job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To be a Shoemaker again; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
