History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shamash was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a grey vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has violet eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hunter studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Hunter and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses in yellow turtlenecks beneath a red coat with green slacks. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Sapply hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
