Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears tattered old clothes, marred by sweets. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a green shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He wears his blue hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are white.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Sculptor, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nedda was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Barber. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her hair is blue and curly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines silver.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 12. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
