Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Rolen's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is silver and very short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Cairn was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Cairn took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sickle and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Ridaro and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to end her boredom
