Description: He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Ploughman. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Description: Standing 2'10", this man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has styled his brown hair well, parting it to the right. His ears are large.

Personality: Halander is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Halander enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: This dark-skinned female is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her silver hair, when down, is lengthy. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture
