History: She was born in a small island village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Elama hails from a village terrorized by drow. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.
