History: Rurik lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Rurik reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Skamos grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Priest and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Helja was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Shoemaker. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
