Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Modean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. Her red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge
