Description: A middle-aged man, he has the majority of his body covered in plate, and is pretty ugly. He has wavy red hair. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raer was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her hair is chestnut and curly. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ea was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ea decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He stands about 4'1" and dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a green coat with black slacks. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: 3'11" and muscular, this eastern woman prefers to wear brown pants and tee shirts. Her long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to work out more often
