History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Efferil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
