A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After months of barely getting by, Efferil managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
