History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Ruloth was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ruloth's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
