History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Xappan was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Carlin embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Carlin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: Nirgel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Nirgel reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
