History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Barfa was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Barfa's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ilanis is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
