History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Borun was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Borun's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Outside of the suit she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. She wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide her balding. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and a deep hatred of brigands
