Personality: Puyet is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Puyet lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Puyet grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Puyet. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Ivellios would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Ivellios was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born in the east. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and wants to work out more often
