History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Dragonborn compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people
