History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple grey robe with tan stripes complete with hood. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise hazel.

Personality: Dain wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Monk, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dain never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is a great chef.

History: She was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and sabotage a competitor
