Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Suhnae will drive conversation. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
