Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small blue clips. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He usually wears his pastel robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder, and he perpetually has his mace ready. He has dyed his greying black fur a little too much giving a sharp black color. His copper eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'3" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Varis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Varis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Varis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and wants to open a new tavern
