Personality: Tippletoe speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She now mingles about in high society.
