Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, marred by sweets. His hair is short and auburn. His fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a Marshal first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: He was born in a small island village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: He wears professional attire. His long white crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She carries a battered trident and tarnished quarterstaff as well. She has styled her brown hair well, parting it to the left. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mayor business.
History: Harriet lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears skinny pants and wears a red and green robe with the hood down. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sailor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
