Symma Daergel, Female Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. Sporting a black mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Symma was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
Flaws: Insomniac, Terse, Insane. Bonds: Criminal record, Poor. Occupation: Marshal
Voice: Scandinavian accent

Gûnd Harley, Male Half-Orc [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear flannel. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gûnd does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gûnd took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor he uses now. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Depressed. Bonds: Military, Immigrant, Nature. Occupation: Soapmaker
