Description: This northern man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull black iron scale mail. His clothes are grease stained in places. His red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Tim was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Heskan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Shanairla is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Mercenary, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
