History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
