He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Emmeline's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
