History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Markosian and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Drusilia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Drusilia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Spice Merchant and was forced into it by her family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her green eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Naivara will drive conversation. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born in the east. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.
