Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Rohesia was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Rohesia decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She tends to her Fletcher job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
