Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are red.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Osah liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She now mingles about in high society.
