History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
