Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jarana embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
