History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Frederick isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
