Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time, and is pretty ugly. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When Mara reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
