Description: This northern woman has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Tippletoe was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Tippletoe was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Carpenter. She has never given up on her singing dream.
