Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He is portly but not overly obese. He has done his best to style his silver hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oskar studied abroad. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
