Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has worked as a Ruler like her father before her.
