Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Through the years after Raer was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
