History: Born in the east to a Server, Quelenna learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
