Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Theren never married again. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. He has gleaming, smiling green eyes.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gennal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gennal. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Priest kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and retire the richest woman in the east
