History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sage. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bricklayer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baz grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
