History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Zûgor grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Zûgor. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Zûgor never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with his god.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult
