History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Tomi lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident.
